The monthly rent is CZK 20,000. Monthly service charges are CZK 1,700 per person. The refundable security deposit is CZK 40,000.

The real estate agency commission is equal to one month’s rent + VAT.

If you are interested in renting the apartment with a dog, you are required to inform us in advance, taking into consideration the other dogs in the building and ensuring peaceful coexistence. For tenants with a dog, a security deposit equivalent to three months’ rent is required, i.e. CZK 60,000.
