Michaela Meisterová has been active in the Czech real estate market since 2003 and, over more than twenty years of professional experience, has gained extensive expertise in commercial and residential real estate, development, investments, and the strategic management of real estate projects.

She began her career with companies representing international investors focused on the leasing of office and retail premises. Over time, she held the positions of Marketing Director and Sales Director and contributed to the successful operation of major office developments, including Hall Office Park, Rosmarin, Jungmannova Plaza, and Pankrác House.

Between 2007 and 2008, she served as Chief Executive Officer of Obecní dům a.s., where she worked with the City of Prague on the restructuring of the company and the establishment of its leasing policy. From 2009 onwards, she further expanded her professional expertise within the family-owned development companies Doma je Doma and MS – Invest a.s., focusing on the preparation and implementation of residential projects as well as the identification of new investment opportunities.

Between 2020 and 2022, she also collaborated with the international real estate company Engel & Völkers within its residential and investment divisions. During this period, she participated in one of the most significant luxury residential property transactions in the history of the company's Czech branch at that time.

In 2022, she co-founded the real estate and advisory company ALTAM PARTNERS s.r.o., through which she built upon her extensive experience in real estate consultancy, investments, and development. Since 2022, she has been fully dedicated to her own business activities, providing comprehensive services to investors, developers, corporate clients, and private individuals.

Thanks to her experience spanning international investment groups, the public sector, property development, and private real estate advisory, Michaela Meisterová possesses a unique perspective and comprehensive understanding of the real estate market across all its segments.

Veronika Němečková has been active in the real estate industry since 2020 and specializes in residential property rentals at MEISTER reality s.r.o. She began her professional career with the international real estate company Engel & Völkers, where she focused on the leasing of apartments, family homes, and luxury villas. During her tenure, she successfully completed more than 200 rental transactions and, thanks to her proactive approach, strong sales performance, and commitment to exceptional client service, became one of the top-performing members of her team.

She subsequently expanded her expertise on the developer side of the business, gaining valuable insight into the preparation, marketing, and sale of residential development projects. Over time, she also became involved in the sale of residential properties, building plots, and investment opportunities. These diverse experiences enable her to provide clients with comprehensive guidance and professional advice across various segments of the real estate market and throughout every stage of the transaction process.

Veronika's approach is built on professionalism, trust, and highly personalized service. She dedicates her full attention to every client and believes that a successful real estate transaction is not only about the property itself, but above all about understanding her clients’ needs and finding the most suitable solution for their individual circumstances.

Kateřina started her professional career very early in her parents' family businesses. This foundation enabled her to understand business from A to Z. For years, she took care of the export-import of luxury food products from all over the world in the family business, which were eventually sold to 5-star hotels and restaurants throughout the Czech Republic.

In 2017, she established a new division focused on VIP catering for private jets, which is now in the hands of her brother, with a reputation as one of the best private jet catering companies in Europe. In recent years, she has moved around companies in various fields such as luxury concierge and private clinics, thanks to her knowledge and understanding of caring for more demanding clients.
